Manish Sharma is a serial entrepreneur and the founder of Bluwage Pvt. Ltd, a company specializing in digital transformation and automation solutions. He completed his executive education in Entrepreneurship from Babson College in the USA and holds a B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College in Ludhiana, as well as an Innovation and Entrepreneurship executive degree from IIM Udaipur.

Before founding Bluwage, Manish gained experience working as an intern for Swiggy and Volvo Eicher Commercial Ltd. He also co-founded Pingarooo, an e-commerce website based in Ludhiana that delivered groceries directly to businesses like messes, restaurants, and offices.

In addition to his work at Bluwage, Manish serves in G20 B20 India Action Council for African Economic Integration and Digital Transformation Task Force G20 B20 India. He has been instrumental in driving innovation and growth in the Indian and African economies.

Manish is passionate about startups, leadership, marketing, and finding talent. He is also involved in various social causes, having worked as an Assistant Vice President for a national-level NGO and supported Nobel Peace Laureate Kailash Satyarthi in their aim to end child labor.

As a founder and CEO, Manish is responsible for setting the overall direction and product strategy for Bluwage. He leads the design of Bluwage & Bluwage Swad service and the development of its core technology and infrastructure.

Bluwage was founded in 2018, following the success of Manish Sharma's earlier e-commerce venture Pingarooo, which delivered groceries to businesses in Ludhiana. Prior to Pingarooo, Manish worked as an AVP in a national level NGO. After some internal disturbance, he resigned from his post and founded Pingarooo in February 2018, receiving his first check the same month. After a year, he pivoted towards solving problems related to mess services and founded Bluwage, a food and beverage company with a mess chain in Thane, Mumbai, using an asset-light strategy.
