First Visit to Meta office

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to attend a productive meeting at the Meta office in Mumbai. The meeting was attended by the Meta partner team, the WhatsApp business team, and the founding team of AiSensy. The primary focus of the meeting was to discuss strategies for driving revenue through business messaging and the power of click-to-WhatsApp ads.

During the meeting, we had insightful

discussions about the benefits of using WhatsApp as a platform for business messaging. With over 2 billion active users, WhatsApp provides a vast potential audience for businesses to reach out to. We also explored the various features of WhatsApp Business, which is designed specifically for businesses to communicate with their customers in a more efficient and effective manner.

One of the key takeaways from the meeting was the power of click-to-WhatsApp ads. This feature allows businesses to place ads on Facebook and Instagram that lead directly to a WhatsApp conversation.
